The Burwell, No. 601 :: Real Estate

I don’t photograph a lot of real estate photography other than the properties that Sean works on, so I was stoked that I had the opportunity to photograph an AWESOME condo Downtown.  This condo has just been listed with Downtown Realty, and is simply amazing!  Located in the historic Burwell Building (above the Tennessee Theatre), the view of the Knoxville skyline is absolutely beautiful!  If you are interested in moving to Downtown Knoxville, then you definitely need to take a look at this property!

Walking through the door.

Yes.. That is a curved wall.  How awesome is that?!

Open floor plan – awesome for entertaining guests!  This is the living room.

A view of the living room from the kitchen.

Hardwood floors run through out the entire condo.

Studio Before and After :: Jennifer Brown Photography

I’ve had several people ask me about pictures of the studio, but it wouldn’t be fair to Sean and everyone else who helped me to not show you what it looked like before.  This was a crazy awesome transformation.  It took what seemed like forever to get it completed between my work schedule, Sean’s work schedule, and the holidays  -  not to mention the winter weather  - but Sean really pulled it off.  There is no way on Heaven or Earth that I could ever repay him for his talent on this major project.  The days that I couldn’t be here to help, he was here.  All for me.

Brand new view coming up the stairs!

Main Studio area before.  Ick!

My new work area!

A different view!  For those folks asking me about my inspiration board, there it is!  Little black dress, pearl necklace, and all the pretty things I’m loving on right now.  I love having my inspiration board.  It really helps keep me focused on what my brand is.

The other side of the main area is the Studio set up.  :)

This is walking into the “Loft” area.  I love the brick!

Inside view!  I heart my light.

Last but not least, the dressing area!  It is nicely tucked away from any onlookers.;)

I just love my space!!!  I couldn’t be any happier with how it turned out.  I do have to say that my absolute favorite sessions are still location sessions, but I love having a place to go to work, meet clients, and shoot Desire sessions.   I’m ready to host parties, and open houses for other vendors, and maybe even shoot a styled session.  I keep coming up with new ways to use the studio.

Want to come by for a consultation or to book a session?  You can find me at 1506 Callahan Drive on the second floor of Bliss Salon!
